Periodic Location Routing Problem: An Application of Mobile Health Services in Rural Areas

These data sets are related to the work "Periodic Location Routing Problem: An Application of Mobile Health Services in Rural Areas" by Savaser and Kara. In both files, each sheet corresponds to the small, medium and large data sets used in this study, respectively. In the "instances" excel, for each instance of all datasets, number of villages with each frequency level, number of doctors to be routed and number of base hospitals to be selected are given explicitly. The first instance of each dataset is derived by the real population level of the villages; whereas the remaining instances are systematically generated to observe the performance of the solution methodologies more explicitly. In the "distances_population" excel, distance between each node is given in kilometers for small, medium and large data sets, besides the real population levels and their corresponding visiting frequencies of the villages.本数据集与Savaser及Kara发表的研究成果《周期性选址路由问题：农村移动医疗服务的应用（Periodic Location Routing Problem: An Application of Mobile Health Services in Rural Areas）》相关。两个文件中的每张工作表分别对应本研究中使用的小型、中型与大型数据集。在"instances"Excel文件中，针对所有数据集的每个实例，文中明确列明了各频率等级的村庄数量、待调度的医生数量以及待遴选的基地医院数量。每个数据集的首个实例均基于村庄的实际人口规模生成；其余实例则通过系统生成，以更清晰地评估求解方法的性能表现。在"distances_population"Excel文件中，除列明村庄的实际人口规模及其对应的到访频率外，还给出了小型、中型与大型数据集各节点间的距离（单位：千米）。
