The registration, report and control of agricultural and forestry machinery, vehicles and earthworks on the territory of Blagoevgrad District are carried out by the Blagoevgrad Regional Directorate for Agriculture, which is entered in a national public electronic register established and maintained by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry, in accordance with Article 7 of the Act on the Registration of Agricultural and Forestry Equipment.布拉戈耶夫格勒（Blagoevgrad）区境内的农林机械、车辆及土方作业设备的登记、报备与监管工作，由布拉戈耶夫格勒地区农业局负责实施；该类登记信息将被录入由农业、食品和林业部建立并维护的国家公共电子登记系统，相关操作须符合《农林设备登记法》第七条之规定。
