Vocabulary Conformance Results, PEDSnet Database (2025-07)

The acceptable ontologies for all fields are listed on the latest version of the DQ dashboard analysis and outlined in the PEDSnet Common Data Model, v5.8. Three threshold violations were flagged for this data cycle: 1. The usage of vocabularies in the `dose_unit_concept_id` field in Drug Exposure that are not in compliance with CDM specifications. The violating vocabularies are CDISC, SNOMED. These make up 8.1% of rows, which is greater than the maximum acceptable value of 0%. 2. The usage of vocabularies in the `measurement_concept_id` field in Measurement Labs that are not in compliance with CDM specifications. The violating vocabularies are CPT4. These make up 7.1% of rows, which is greater than the maximum acceptable value of 5%. 3. The usage of vocabularies in the `immunization_concept_id` field in Immunization that are not in compliance with CDM specifications. The violating vocabularies are CPT4, HCPCS. These make up 2.3% of rows, which is greater than the maximum acceptable value of 0%.
