The experiment focused on the study of wind pressures on various scaled building models in a wind tunnel setting. It was conducted on different building models, each designed to reflect specific structural configurations and architectural elements, such as stepped roofs, U-shaped buildings, podium structures, and low-rise buildings with carport extensions. The methodology included conducting wind tunnel experiments on 1:100 scale models of various building designs. These models were placed in the wind tunnel, and wind pressures were measured at all angles from 0 to 360 degrees in 15-degree increments. This comprehensive testing approach provided a broad dataset on how different building shapes and designs react to wind forces. The dataset is organized in five categories: The “Model Configurarion: Model Drawings" category contains 13 PDF files featuring plans and 3D schematic views, along with dimensions of the models. The “Sensor Information Pressure Tap Coordinates” category includes 13 Excel files that provide the coordinates of pressure taps on each model. The “Event: Pressure Data” category is comprised of 13 subfolders, each containing 24 Excel files documenting pressure time histories for each wind direction, ranging from 0 to 360 degrees in 15-degree increments. The “Event: Wind Speed Data" category contains two Excel files with wind speed time histories at 100 mm and 150 mm heights. The "Project Report" folder houses a comprehensive report on the entire project.
