Secondary LPS stimulation of BMDMs differentiated from bone marrow of C57B/6J mice treated with 4xLPS, 1xLPS or PBS

C57Bl/6J mice were treated with 4xLPS, 1xLPS, or PBS at 7 weeks of age and BM cells were collected at 11 weeks of age. BM cells were differentiated to bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs) with M-CSF, and BMDMs were harvested after a secondary stimulation with LPS or PBS for 4 hours. Total RNA was extracted and analyzed for gene expressions by bulk RNA-seq Overall design: 6 conditions were analysed: 1) PBS_NO (3 replicates, samples 1-3), 2) 1xLPS_NO (3 replicates, samples 4-6), 3) 4xLPS_NO (3 replicates, samples 7-9), 4) PBS_LPS (3 replicates, samples 10-12), 5) 1xLPS_LPS(3 replicates, samples 13-15), 6) 4xLPS_LPS (3 replicates, samples 16-18)
