Simple download service (Atom) of the dataset: Public institutions for inter-communal cooperation with GEMAPI competence in Côte-d’Or

Law No 2014-58 of 27 January 2014 on the modernisation of territorial public action and the affirmation of metropolitan areas (MAPTAM) provides for the transfer of responsibility for managing aquatic environments and flood prevention (GEMAPI) to municipalities and to all public institutions for inter-municipal cooperation (EPCI). This transfer is effective from 1 January 2018. The last update dates from the inter-prefectural decree of 15/12/2021 extending the perimeter of the joint union of the catchment area of the Dheune watershed.2014年1月27日颁布的第2014-58号《领土公共行动现代化与大都市区地位确立法》（MAPTAM）规定，将水生环境管理与防洪（GEMAPI）的管理职责转移至市镇及所有跨市镇合作公共机构（EPCI）。该项职责转移自2018年1月1日起正式生效。本次数据集的最后一次更新源自2021年12月15日的跨省长令，该法令扩大了德恩（Dheune）流域集水区联合共同体的管辖范围。
