Connectivity Map (CMap) 是一个药物基因组学研究领域的重要数据库，旨在通过基因表达谱数据揭示小分子化合物、基因与疾病之间的功能联系。该数据库包含大量药物处理人类细胞系前后的基因表达谱数据，并提供基于模式匹配算法的在线工具，用于查询与特定基因列表相关的药物。CMap 由 Broad 研究所开发，目前更新至第二代，包含超过300万基因表达谱和100万重复折叠的签名数据。Connectivity Map (CMap) is a pivotal database in the field of pharmacogenomics, designed to uncover functional associations among small-molecule compounds, genes and diseases via gene expression profile data. This database contains extensive gene expression profile data of human cell lines before and after drug treatment, and provides an online tool based on pattern matching algorithms for querying drugs related to specific gene lists. Developed by the Broad Institute, CMap has been updated to its second generation, currently housing over 3 million gene expression profiles and 1 million replicate-folded signature datasets.
