Characterization and DNA analysis of extracellular vesicles secreted by the mouse embryo during development

Analysis of DNA from murine blastocyst spent media and their isolated extracellular vesicles showed the presence of DNA covering the full genome in physiological conditions, supporting the usefulness of spent media for the non-invasive testing of pre-implantation embryos.
