Abstract This paper presents a formal synthesis of metaphysical logic and vacuum kinematics, proposing a closed-loop information processing model of the universe. By mapping theological principles of initial states, deterministic trajectories, and terminal refinement onto physical parameters—specifically vacuum tension, mass-radius reciprocity, and phase variables—we establish the Omega-Tally (\Omega_T) Framework. This model treats the universe as a self-correcting, toroidal vortex engine wherein conscious agents act as refractive phase-shifters, converting raw informational potential into refined data states.
