To further development of lncRNA and mRNA expression signatures for gastric cancer cells under hypoxic conditions, we have employed microarray expression profiling as a discovery platform to identify lncRNAs that are differentially expressed upon hypoxia. Overall design: Hypoxia induced lncRNA expression in human gastric cancer cells was measured at 24 hours after exposure to hypoxia (1% oxygen). Two independent experiments were performed for each experiment.
