Development Plan Schnelsen 24 1st Amendment Hamburg

The law on the Schnelsen 24 development plan of 14. December 1964 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette page 255) is amended as follows:
1. The attached "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Act on the Schnelsen 24 Development Plan" is added to the Act.
2. In § 2, the following point 6 is added:
"6. In the area shown in hatched form in the annex between the Radenwisch northern boundary of parcel 2827, the western and northern boundary of parcel 666 of the Schnelsen-Oldesloer Strasse-South, western and southern boundary of parcel 4982 (formerly parcel 673 and the southern and eastern part of parcel 3139) of the Schnelsen district, the fixings for a rear public development road with a width of 10 m and a bend head branching off from the Radenwisch road, in so far as it continues the already existing public development part, are lifted; the areas are designated as non-buildable plots of land."
