Development Plan Schnelsen 24 1st Amendment Hamburg

The law on the Schnelsen 24 development plan of 14. December 1964 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette page 255) is amended as follows: 1. The attached "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Act on the Schnelsen 24 Development Plan" is added to the Act. 2. In § 2, the following point 6 is added: "6. In the area shown in hatched form in the annex between the Radenwisch northern boundary of parcel 2827, the western and northern boundary of parcel 666 of the Schnelsen-Oldesloer Strasse-South, western and southern boundary of parcel 4982 (formerly parcel 673 and the southern and eastern part of parcel 3139) of the Schnelsen district, the fixings for a rear public development road with a width of 10 m and a bend head branching off from the Radenwisch road, in so far as it continues the already existing public development part, are lifted; the areas are designated as non-buildable plots of land."1964年12月14日发布的《施内尔森24号开发规划法案》（载于《汉堡法律与规章公报》第255页）修订如下： 1. 向本法案新增附件《修改〈施内尔森24号开发规划法案〉的条例附件》。 2. 在第2条中新增下述第6项： "6. 于本附件所示的区域内，该区域坐落于施内尔森片区地块2827的北侧边界（拉德维希路一侧）、施内尔森-奥尔德斯勒街南段地块666的西、北侧边界，以及地块4982（原地块673及施内尔森片区地块3139的南部与东部区域）的西、南侧边界之间；针对从拉德维希路引出、宽度为10米的后方公共开发道路及其弯道头段的相关设置，在其延续现有公共开发路段的范围内予以移除；前述区域划定为禁止建设地块。"
