CSIRO CCAM (nested in GFDLSST GCM) Regional Climate Model dataset for Australia 1971-2095

Regional Climate Model simulation dataset for the Australasian region for the years 1971-2095. Created with the CSIRO CCAM (Cubic Conformal Amostpheric Model 805) RCM (Regional Climate Model) by dynamically downscaling the GFDLSST reanalysis Climate Model output to 60 km resolution over a target area centered over Australia. 30 years of GFDLSST output was used as the host model (nested in GFDLSST), with greenhouse emissions corresponding to scenario SRESA2. Daily and Monthly Atmospheric variables are available between Lat:-60N 0N(.5 deg res) & Lon:105E 165E(.5 deg res), at 5 levels (1000, 850, 700, 500, 300 hPa), 60Km resolution(C48 grid) & 18 vertical levels. There are 539 Daily files totalling 260.0 GB, 539 Monthly_mean files totalling 5.99 GB and 539 Raw cubic conformal model output files totaling 191.0 GB with all being in netcdf format. This dataset has been created as part of a model evaluation experiment involving CCAM to examine the dynamic downscaling performance when nested in different Global climate models. Available for internal use and analysis by CSIRO staff on the HPSC cherax.

本数据集为1971年至2095年澳大拉西亚区域的区域气候模型（Regional Climate Model，RCM）模拟数据集。该数据集采用澳大利亚联邦科学与工业研究组织（Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation，CSIRO）开发的CCAM（三次保角大气模型805，Cubic Conformal Atmospheric Model 805）区域气候模型，通过动力降尺度手段将GFDLSST再分析气候模型的输出结果在以澳大利亚为中心的目标区域内插值至60公里的空间分辨率。本研究以30年的GFDLSST输出作为驱动模式（嵌套于GFDLSST之中），温室气体排放情景采用SRESA2方案。数据集包含逐日及逐月大气变量，空间覆盖范围为纬度-60°N至0°（分辨率0.5°）、经度105°E至165°E（分辨率0.5°），包含5个气压层（1000、850、700、500、300 hPa），水平分辨率为60公里（C48网格），垂直方向共18层。数据集包含539个逐日数据文件（总容量260.0 GB）、539个逐月平均数据文件（总容量5.99 GB）以及539个原始三次保角模式输出文件（总容量191.0 GB），所有文件均采用netCDF格式存储。本数据集是针对CCAM开展的模式评估实验的一部分，旨在检验该模式嵌套于不同全球气候模型时的动力降尺度性能。本数据集仅供澳大利亚联邦科学与工业研究组织（CSIRO）员工在HPSC cherax高性能计算系统上进行内部使用与分析。
