WFS INSPIRE BPL Torgarten

WFS service of the “Torgarten” development plan of the municipality of Lobbach, which was transformed into INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.本服务为德国洛巴赫市（Lobbach）“托加滕”（Torgarten）开发计划的网络要素服务（Web Feature Service, WFS），其基于5.0版XPlanung规划数据集（XPlanung）构建，并已转换为符合欧盟空间信息基础设施（Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community, INSPIRE）标准的格式。
