The Basque Observatory of Culture was born to place culture as a central element of social and economic development, with the mission of filling with rigor the information gap in the cultural field, in line with the Basque Plan of Culture of which it is part. The scope of the Observatory focuses on the traditional areas of culture: cultural heritage, artistic creation and expression, industries and cross-cutting fields.The Basque Observatory of Culture publishes and updates more than 200 statistical indicators that can be consulted in euskadi.eus together with other research and reports.巴斯克文化观测所（Basque Observatory of Culture）设立旨在将文化确立为社会与经济发展的核心要素，其使命是以严谨的态度填补文化领域的信息缺口，且该机构作为巴斯克文化计划（Basque Plan of Culture）的组成部分运作。该观测所的研究范畴覆盖文化传统领域：文化遗产、艺术创作与表达、文化产业及跨领域交叉议题。其发布并更新逾200项统计指标，相关内容可与其他研究成果及报告一同在euskadi.eus平台供公众查阅。
