Number of persons who have actually received benefits in Hamburg in one month under the Asylum Seeker Benefits Act §§ 2 or 3. For beneficiaries under Section 2 of the Asylum Seeker Benefits Act, at least one of the following current benefits must have been paid pro rata or in total in the month in question: Pro rata daily rates, pro rata rent, pro rata heating costs, pro rata current ancillary costs, shares of collective accommodation, standard requirements according to § 2 Asylum Seeker Benefits Act, contributions to health insurance. For beneficiaries under Section 3 of the Asylum Seeker Benefits Act, at least one of the following current benefits must have been paid pro rata or in total in the month in question: Share of collective accommodation, necessary personal needs Asylum Seeker Benefits Act, necessary requirements Asylum Seekers Benefits Act, benefits in kind, benefits according to § 1(4)/§ 1a(1) Asylum Seeker Benefits Act.本数据集统计汉堡市单月内依据《寻求庇护者救助法》（Asylum Seeker Benefits Act）第2条或第3条实际领取救助金的人员数量。针对符合该法第2条的救助受益人，当月需至少按比例或全额领取下述任一当期救助金项目：按日比例计发津贴、按比例计发的房租补贴、按比例计发的取暖费补贴、按比例计发的当期附加费用补贴、集体住宿分摊份额、该法第2条规定的基本生活需求补助金、医疗保险缴费资助。针对符合该法第3条的救助受益人，当月需至少按比例或全额领取下述任一当期救助金项目：集体住宿分摊份额、该法规定的必要个人需求补贴、该法规定的必要生活需求补贴、实物救助金、该法第1条第4款/第1a条第1款规定的救助金。
