The RData object contains the results described in the paper. It consists of two parts, first, the results of the immunedeconvolution, second, the results of the BCR and TCR repertoire analysis.

deconvolution_results: a table with the deconvolution results for all samples and methods used at full sequencing depth annotated with the respetive variant and day of samplingdeconvolution_results_50m: similar table with the results at a sequencing depth of 50 milliondeconvolution_results_10m: similar table with the results at a sequencing depth of 10 millionBCR and TCR repertoire analysis
cdr3_seqs: a table with all CDR3 region sequences that appear in more than half of the samples at full sequencing depth, in which group the sequence appeared, and whether it was found by MiXCR or TRUST4cdr3_seqs_10m: a table with all CDR region sequences at a sequencing depth of 10 million, with same annotation as cdr3_seqs
