scRNA sequencing of skeletal repair cells at 4 days post injury

We isolated cells from the repair callus of rib bones 4 days after large-scale rib resection injury. The purpose is to characterize the transcriptional landscape of repair cells in control mice, and compare them to the repair cells of Sox9CreER;Smo fx/fx mice, which do not heal. repair cells isolated from 3 mice of each genotype were pooled together to create one control and one KO sample for scRNA library prep using 10x genomics chromium platform.
