GPI_genomewide_top1%_BP_GOTerms lists biological processes GO terms from looking at top 1% of proteins identified in genome-wide ERC analysis. GPI_genomewide_top1%_CC_GOTerms lists cellular compartment GO terms from looking at top 1% of proteins identified in genome-wide ERC analysis. GPI_genomewide_most10_BP_GOTerm lists top biological process GO terms from looking at proteins identified in genome-wide ERC analysis which showed significant ERC with at least 10 proteins in GPI anchor synthesis.
