Johns Hopkins CEIRR (JH-CEIRR) is a multi-disciplinary, international collaborative network designed to conduct integrated research to advance knowledge of factors that determine susceptibility to, emergence of, and transmission of influenza and other infectious diseases. Center researchers provides expertise and information that will aid in the emergency response to infectious disease outbreaks, epidemics, and pandemics resulting from various infectious diseases. JH-CEIRR consists of a global network of sites that survey for infectious diseases while collecting clinical, demographic, virological, and population data which informs local, national, and global responses and provides resources to inform public health preparedness and response efforts.
