WMS service of the urban development plan “Kreisverkehr B14/Rottweiler Straße” of the city of Oberndorf am Neckar, which has been transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.内卡河畔奥恩多夫市的"Kreisverkehr B14/罗特魏勒大街"城市发展规划的WMS（Web地图服务，Web Map Service），已按照INSPIRE（欧洲空间信息基础设施规范，Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community）完成转换，且该服务基于版本5.0的XPlanung数据集。
