Enterance of the Santa Maria Del Fiore, Florance. I captured two of the 3 doors (third one was open). A lot of intercate details typical of Florance!
Although the cathedral itself is way older, the front facade was partly made in 19th century. The broze doors depict the life of Virgin Mary and the paintings above depict Charity among the founders of Florentine philanthropic institutions on the left and Christ enthroned with Mary and John the Baptist on the right. The rest of the structure is made out of marble!
