RNAseq and WES glioma tissues and bioprinted counterparts

To investigate the genetic similarities and differences between native glioma tissues and their bioprinted analogs. By conducting whole exome sequencing on both tissue types, we aim to assess the fidelity of bioprinted models in replicating the genomic landscape of glioma tumors. This comparison will provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of bioprinted glioma models for advancing research and facilitating the development of novel therapeutic strategies. The RNAseq data were used to predict drug response using a machine learning model developed in this study.
