YamOmics database

This archive provides a reproducible snapshot of the YamOmics web platform (version v1.0). The file YamOmics.tar contains three main components: (i) the core web interface implemented as PHP pages, which drive the public YamOmics website; (ii) backend scripts located in the script/ directory, including data loading, ETL and maintenance utilities used to populate and update the database; and (iii) a compressed MySQL dump YamOmics_v1.0.sql.gz that stores the full relational database underlying YamOmics, including genome assemblies and annotations, transcriptome data (expression matrices), variome data (resequencing variants and related statistics), and functional annotation tables. Together, these files enable users to locally deploy, inspect, or reuse the YamOmics database and web application for reproducible analyses and further development.
