WMS Objective Regional Plan for Wind Energy Use of the Lausitz-Spreewald Region (upgraded)

The appeal against the judgments of the Oberverwaltungsgericht Berlin-Brandenburg of 24 May 2019 (OVG Berlin-Brandenburg, judgments of 24 May 2019 — OVG 2 A 4-8.9) concerning the factual sub-regional plan “Wind Energy Use” of the Regional Planning Community Lausitz-Spreewald was rejected by decision of the Federal Administrative Court of 10 June 2020. As a result, the judgments of 24 May 2019 have become final and the Regional Plan is no longer applicable. Areas of suitability from the legal sub-regional plan “Wind Energy Use” of the Lausitz-Spree region published on 16.06.2016 in the Official Gazette No. 24 of the State of Brandenburg2020年6月10日，联邦行政法院作出裁定，驳回了针对柏林-勃兰登堡高级行政法院（Oberverwaltungsgericht Berlin-Brandenburg，以下简称OVG Berlin-Brandenburg）于2019年5月24日作出、案号为OVG 2 A 4-8.9的判决，该判决涉及劳西茨-施普雷瓦尔德区域规划共同体的事实性分区规划《风能利用规划》的上诉请求。至此，2019年5月24日作出的前述判决已发生法律效力，该区域规划不再适用。 2016年6月16日于勃兰登堡州官方公报第24号公布的劳西茨-施普雷地区合法分区规划《风能利用规划》所划定的适宜开发区域。
