Raw per-post Weibo timestamps for RhP–SEIRS

This dataset contains 8.7 million Sina Weibo posts (2020 – 2025) that are used to build the weekly 2 h rhythm baseline and to fit the RhP–SEIRS model in our manuscript. All textual content, screen names and profile URLs have been permanently removed. Column "weibo_id_rand" is an irreversible, cryptographically random pseudonym of the original Weibo ID; the secret key is kept offline, making re-identification infeasible. Timestamps are recovered from the 16-digit Weibo ID with ≤ 5 s error. Released under CC BY 4.0 for non-commercial research and teaching.
