Unfiltered VCF file for 42 individuals

SNPs calls for individual GBS data from the same three localities as in Pooled RAD-seq. Colors and localities for each individuals are provided in a separate excel file.本数据集包含来自与混合限制性位点相关DNA测序（Pooled Restriction-site Associated DNA sequencing，Pooled RAD-seq）研究中相同三个采样地的个体测序分型（Genotyping-by-Sequencing，GBS）数据对应的单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms，SNPs）分型调用结果。各个体的分组配色与采样地信息均收录于单独的Excel文件中。
