Transcriptome (RNA-seq) of Huh7 cells non-infected (NI) or infected (Inf.) with the pathogen Listeria monocytogenes (strain EGD-e)

Comparisons of gene expression profiles of human hepatocytes (Huh7) infected or not by the bacterium Listeria monocytogenes (strain EGD-e) for 72 hours and analysed by RNA-seq Overall design: We used RNA-seq to identify the repertoire of genes differentially expressed after 3 days of infection of Huh7 cells with Listeria monocytogenes EGDe strain.
