Studies of microbial diversity in human urine

This dataset is metagenomic raw sequencing data from patient urine. We conducted an exploratory study on the use of mNGS technology in urine samples, with the aim of achieving accurate and comprehensive detection of pathogenic microorganisms in urine samples by optimizing experimental conditions (significantly reducing host contamination) and ultra-deep mNGS sequencing to reconstruct high-quality MAGs from multiple species (including bacteria, fungi, viruses, and mycoplasma).
