Raw dataset: Social Media Use, Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), and Sleep Quality in Iranian Generation Z

This dataset contains raw survey responses (N = 400) collected from Iranian Generation Z (ages 13–28) in 2025. Variables include daily social media use (hours per day), sleep quality measured by the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), fear of missing out (10-item FOMO scale), and basic demographics (age and gender). Data are fully anonymized and provided in Excel format to support replication and further analysis.
