New Burdens Grant

<p>The New Burdens Grant is paid by central government to local authorities under section 31 of the Local Government Act 2003.</p>新增负担拨款（New Burdens Grant）由中央政府依照《2003年地方政府法》（Local Government Act 2003）第31条之规定，向地方当局拨付。
