Macrophages play an important role in the pathological process of stroke. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity of infiltrated macrophages from ischemic brain after stroke. Overall design: Infiltrated macrophages from ischemic brain of Foxp3Egfp mice were isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) according to low sorting of CD45+CD11b+CD3-F4/80+ cells signal and analyzed using scRNAseq.
