KAREBrowser

This browser provides users with a large amount of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) information comprising 1.5 million SNPs from population-based cohorts of 8,842 samples. KAREBrowser was based on the generic genome browser (GBrowse), a webbased application tool developed for users to navigate and visualize the genomic features and annotations in an interactive manner.本浏览器可为用户提供海量单核苷酸多态性（single nucleotide polymorphisms, SNPs）信息，涵盖源自8842个样本的人群队列的150万个SNPs。KARE浏览器（KAREBrowser）基于通用基因组浏览器（generic genome browser, GBrowse）开发，该工具为一款网页端应用工具，可支持用户以交互式方式浏览并可视化基因组特征与注释信息。
