Hence, we aimed to evaluate immunostimulatory effects of different bacterial LPS sources when given at the same dosages and under the same animal trial. The black tiger shrimp juveniles were fed with diets containing bacterial LPS isolated from a shrimp pathogen V. harveyi and from E. coli, non-pathogenic bacteria in shrimp. Effects and efficacy of LPS from different bacterial sources were compared under V. harveyi exposure trial.
