The identification of the predominant phytochemical compounds in the CH2Cl2 fraction of Agerantum hostonianum P. Mill is sought through gas mass chromatography. Additionally, their antioxidant activity is validated using the DPPH method as described by W. Brand-Williams [11], and their antimicrobial activity is assessed through CMI.本研究旨在通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术（gas mass chromatography），鉴定霍斯顿香蓟（Agerantum hostonianum P. Mill）二氯甲烷（CH2Cl2）馏分中的优势植物化学成分。此外，参照W. Brand-Williams[11]所述的DPPH法验证其抗氧化活性，并通过CMI评估其抗菌活性。
