We designed the "TCRgrapher" R library for the identification of antigen-specific TCRs. The data published served as a dataset for the comparison of tools for antigen-specific TCR identification. Understanding TCR specificity could open new opportunities for vaccine development, cancer immunotherapy, target treatment of autoimmune diseases, and diagnostics.
