B-Plan 3-016 Fendrichstraße and Karl-Berner-Straße (INSPIRE)

Inspire-compliant development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development plan 3-016 entered into force on 19.6.1968. A development plan contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning and is the central element of construction management planning. The setting-up community regulates where, what and how can be built. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan.
