LncRNA sequencing of ovarian granulosa cells under cyclophosphamide injury and putrescine treatment

This study aimed to characterize transcriptomic changes in ovarian granulosa cells under chemotherapy induced injury and putrescine treatment. Using a cyclophosphamide derived 4 hydroxycyclophosphamide injury model, lncRNA sequencing was performed to identify differentially expressed non coding RNAs associated with granulosa cell apoptosis and stress responses. The dataset provides insight into molecular pathways involved in ovarian dysfunction following chemotherapy and examines potential regulatory roles of polyamines in granulosa cell homeostasis. These data serve as a resource for investigating transcriptional mechanisms underlying premature ovarian insufficiency and related reproductive disorders.
