Records of holders of business cards

The Ministry of the Interior is responsible for granting and withdrawing service cards. The records shall include personal name, birth data (day, month, year, place of birth) and EMŠO, permanent and temporary residence, nationality, number and type of service card, photograph of the person, violations of this Act, date of granting, withdrawal and status of the service card, date and type of professional competence (education, professional training and training, periodic training, training in arms, use of service dogs, gas dispenser and other forms of training), the date of conclusion and termination of the employment relationship.内政部负责公务服务证件的核发与注销。 相关记录应包含个人姓名、出生日期（日、月、年）及出生地、EMŠO、常住与暂住住址、国籍、公务服务证件的编号与类型、本人照片、违反本法令的情形、证件核发日期、注销日期及证件状态、职业资质的取得日期与类别（包括教育经历、职业培训、在岗训练、定期培训、武器使用训练、勤务犬使用训练、催泪喷雾器操作训练及其他各类训练）、劳动关系的订立与终止日期。
