Gift-giving methods during the holiday season in the UK and EU 2022

The most popular method for giving gifts in the holiday season of 2022 is by shipping gifts directly to the buyer's home address and giving the gift in person, in both the United Kingdom (33 percent of respondents) and the European Union (27 percent). The second most popular method is shipping directly to gift recipients, with 22 percent of respondents from each region favoring this. Digital gift cards or donations were also a popular method in both regions, but were more favored in the EU (22 percent of respondents) than in the UK (16 percent).
