Rent management in Lille, Hellemmes and Lomme- Referential April 2022

This dataset covers data relating to rent management in Lille, Lomme and Hellemmes. They are prepared by the ADL which carries the local Observatory of Metropolitan Rents. Given the tension observed for several years on the private rental market, the city of Lille wanted this device to be experimented on its territory. A reference rent is fixed each year by the Prefect on the basis of rents recorded by the local rent observatory, which is itself approved by the Ministry. This reference rent depends on the address of the dwelling, its year of construction, the number of rooms and whether or not the accommodation is furnished. Thus, since 1 March 2020, rents are again regulated in Lille Hellemmes Lomme.
