The initiation of drug response in neuroblastoma was assessed using this genetically engineered mouse model. scRNAseq was employed to determine the heterogeneity of the initial transcriptional response to the common chemotherapeutic drug, cisplatin. Overall design: Adrenal neuroblastoma tumors from cisplatin- (2mg/kg) or vehicle-treated mice were collected after 24 hours of treatment. Single cell suspensions were obtained through dissociation, and were subjected to scRNAseq using the 10X Genomics platform.
