On the basis of the order of the Kharkiv mayor of vil 21.10.2021 "On Approval of the Regulations on Data Sets of Kharkiv City Council" the publication of open data sets of the information manager on the portal of open data of Kharkiv, which according to the Harvesting procedure is automatically placed on the Unified State Open Data Portal in the office of the manager "Kharkiv City Council".依据2021年10月21日哈尔科夫市市长签署的《关于批准哈尔科夫市议会数据集管理规定》的行政命令，信息管理者需在哈尔科夫开放数据门户网站发布其所管理的开放数据集；此类数据集将按照数据收割（Harvesting）流程，自动部署至由哈尔科夫市议会管理的统一国家开放数据门户网站（Unified State Open Data Portal）。
