RNA-seq of bilateral frontal cortex tissues in mice treated with HDAC complex inhibitors

As part of a larger study of novel HDAC complex inhibitors, wild-type and Hdac2 cKO (pyramidal neurons, frontal cortex) mice were treated with Vehicle or 50 mg/kg E6R and RNA expression in the bilateral frontal cortex was analyzed. Wild-type or Hdac2 cKO mice (n=5 or 6) were treated with Vehicle or 50 mg/kg E6R for 10 days. RNA was extracted from the bilateral front cortex and sequenced.
