Despite genetic isolation in sympatry, post-copulatory reproductive barriers have not evolved between bat- and human-associated common bedbugs (Cimex lectularius)

The dataset contains three parts, 1) microsatellite data - to test the independence and inbreeding levels of populations used in the study using a set of 9 microsatellite markers, 2) no eggs per week - the number of fertilized and unfertilized eggs of each female in each week, the data are supplemented with information on mating date, origin of the female/female, BL/HL lineage, survival, date of infertility and 3) data offspring - table includes information on individual mating pairs, i.e. origin of F/M, week it died, pronotum width, survival, survival per line/total average, number of weeks the female laid fertilized eggs, pairwise genetic distances本数据集包含三个部分：1) 微卫星数据（microsatellite data）：采用9个微卫星标记，对本研究中所用种群的遗传独立性与近交水平进行检测；2) 周产卵量（no eggs per week）：记录每只雌性个体每周的受精卵与未受精卵数量，该数据集补充有交配日期、雌性个体来源、BL/HL品系、存活状况、不育日期等相关信息；3) 子代数据（data offspring）：该表格包含配对交配个体的相关信息，具体包括父本/母本来源、个体死亡周数、前胸背板宽度（pronotum width）、存活状况、品系/总体平均存活率、雌性产出受精卵的周数以及配对个体间的两两遗传距离
