资源简介:
Dihydromyricetin, the main active substance in vine tea extract, exhibits anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, making it highly promising for applications in functional cosmetics. However, its low water solubility and precipitation tendency have limited its practical applilation in cosmetic formulations. To address these challenges, this study developed a supramolecular deep eutectic solvent system incorporating dihydromyricetin from vine tea extract, using synergistic components such as betaine and glycerol. The system was designed to enhance the solubility and stability of dihydromyricetin, thereby overcoming its application limitations. In this paper, the formation and stabilization mechanism of the prepared supramolecular system were investigated using experiments combined with theoretical calculations. Results from Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and theoretical calculations revealed that the system's stability is primarily attributed to strong non-covalent interactions among the components. The results of transdermal and cytological tests confirmed that the vine tea supramolecular system has good transdermal properties and anti-inflammatory efficacy. The results of clinical efficacy tests showed that the product containing vine tea supramolecular system (mass fraction 0.5%) could significantly improve the skin erythema and wrinkles of the participants. This research not only provides a reliable approach for the effective application of dihydromyricetin in vine tea extract, but also lays a foundation for the development of high-performance functional skincare products.
