Rating list of candidates for the position of judge

The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine is a state collegial body of judicial governance, which on a permanent basis operates in the justice system of Ukraine within the powers specified in Article 93 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Judicial System and Status of Judges", and, among other things, conducts selection of candidates for appointment to the position of a judge, in particular approves the rating lists of candidates for the position of judge.乌克兰法官最高资格委员会（High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine）是乌克兰的国家司法治理合议机构，其依据乌克兰《司法体系与法官地位法》第九十三条规定的权限，在乌克兰司法体系中常设运作。除其他法定职能外，该机构还负责法官拟任候选人的遴选工作，尤其负责核准法官拟任候选人的评级名单。
