RNA-sequencing of ERBB3hi and ERBB3lo breast luminal progenitor cells from n=3 premenopausal BRCA2 mutation carriers and n=3 non-carriers [RNASeq_4_ERBB3]

RNA-sequencing was performed on patient luminal progenitor breast cell subsets from premenopausal, preneoplastic BRCA2 mutation carriers and non-carriers to interrogate early transcriptional alterations in BRCA2mut/+ cells. Lin-EPCAM+CD49f+ERBB3hi and Lin-EPCAM+CD49f+ERBB3lo luminal progenitor cells were isolated from n=3 premenopausal BRCA2 mutation carriers and n=3 non-carriers by FACS, then subjected to RNA-sequencing.
