The goal of this study was to identify transcripts that were differentially expressed in untreated vs FcCD70 treated Tregs cultured in Th17 promoting conditions. Overall design: Tregs were sort purified from FOXP3-GFP reporter mice and cultured with anti-CD3/anti-CD28 coated Dynalbeads in Th17-polarizing conditions in the presence or absence of FcCD70. On day 6 we performed whole transcriptome RNAseq on purified cells.
