All areas in general and pure residential areas as well as areas of mixed use indoors. The protective distances to buildings with residential use were set at 400 m to residential buildings in the outdoor area and 600 m to residential areas with residential use in the indoor area. In addition, a high conflict risk assessment (CRC 4) was used for the area of > 600 m and < 800 m for the residential development in the interior, as it can be assumed that this relatively close area is only to a limited extent suitable for wind energy use. In residential areas, construction and operation of wind turbines are excluded.
