Reimbursement of files by category in e-DEPO

Creation of files in e-DEPO by category: Complete and partial The e-DEPO application, launched in 2019, allows 100% digital management of bonds, deposits and consignments. This table shows the number of files with the amount per year and per category that were reimbursed in e-DEPO. Other categories are gradually being added to e-DEPO. The amounts shall be expressed in euro and broken down by year and by category of deposit. The following categories of deposits and consignments can now be processed directly in our interactive e-DEPO application: CAUTIONS: security as part of a rental guarantee; guarantor in the context of a public contract; surety under the Breyne Act; surety under a transport licence; deposit in the context of games of chance; surety requested by a public authority; CONSIGNATIONS: the assets of holders who cannot be found or who have died; a company which has been wound up or is being wound up; post-bankruptcy funds; judicial cantonment; collective settlement of debts; expropriation; other court records. MISCELLANEOUS: Notary funds按类别划分的e-DEPO系统文件：完整与部分归档文件。e-DEPO应用系统于2019年上线，可实现债券、存款与寄售业务的全数字化管理。本表展示了e-DEPO系统内每年、每类已完成偿付的文件数量及对应金额，系统正逐步新增其他业务类别。金额以欧元计价，并按年度与存款类别进行拆分统计。目前可直接通过本交互式e-DEPO应用系统办理以下类别的存款与寄售业务：1. 担保保证金类：租赁担保保证金、公共合同项下的履约担保、《布雷恩法》（Breyne Act）规定的担保、运输许可证项下的担保、博彩活动相关保证金、公共机构要求出具的担保；2. 寄售托管类：无法联系或已故资产持有人的资产、已清算或正在清算的公司资产、破产后资金、司法托管、债务集体清偿、征收补偿相关资产、其他法院备案文件；3. 其他杂项类：公证基金。
